Reference Number : 1641776 Review Title : SJE complex landscaping Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-09-19 Submission sent electronically accepted: Yes, in a single submission document The Laurentian Integrated Health and Social Services Center (CISSS des Laurentides) wishes to solicit tenders in order to award a contract for construction work, as part of the project aimed at Complex landscaping Hôpital régional de Saint-Jérôme At the time of submission of the bid, a bid guarantee of 10% of the proposed price is required, in the form of a bond only and in accordance with the terms described in Tender documents The Bidder must attach to its Bid a letter of commitment signed by a surety guaranteeing the issuance of a performance bond and a guarantee of the obligations of the CONTRACTOR for wages, materials and services in accordance with the requirements provided for in the part 4.00 of the Contract. To do so, he must use the model commitment letter reproduced in appendix 4.02 of the Bid Form. ALL CALL FOR TENDERS DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN DEPOSITED ON THE SITE WWW.SEAO.CA AND THE TENDERER MUST ACQUIRE THEM ON THIS SITE. The deadline for submission of tenders is mandatory and the public opening bidding will take place immediately thereafter.
