The City of Sequim is soliciting for Statement of Qualifications from qualified firms to provide on-call material testing services. Services shall include the sampling and testing of roadway and building construction materials including, but not limited to: hot mix asphalt, cement concrete, grout, aggregates, and soils. The agreement(s) will be for two (2) years and may be extended at the discretion of the City. The City of Sequim commits to nondiscrimination on the basis of disability, or on the grounds of race, color, national origin, or sex in consideration for an award. Any questions regarding this project should be directed to Public Works Engineering, at pubworks@sequimwa.gov. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
