**As of November 07 ,2022, project was awarded to Maven Utilities, awarded amount is $2,221,916.40.** The Public Utility District No. 1 of Lewis County (District) requires a contractor to provide labor, materials, and equipment to demolish and rebuild the District's existing Elbe 115 KV and 24.94/14.4 KV distribution Substation located at 54124 182nd Avenue Ct T, Elbe, WA. This station will be constructed to the south of the existing Elbe substation while the existing station remains energized. Demolition of the existing station will occur upon completion of the new substation after all distribution loads have been transferred to the new 29.2 MVA 115/24.94 kV station.
