Project Name: Apache Trail & Superstition Blvd Street Lighting Improvements Project (TRACS) Number: T0365 03D District: Central Route/MP: Apache Trail & Superstition Street: Meridian to SR88 Funding Source: HSIP Construction Funding FY: FY 2024 This is a Local Public Agency project sponsored by the City of Apache Junction. This project aims to improve street lighting along Apache Trail and Superstition Boulevard between Meridian Drive and SR88. All improvements to be completed in the City's Right-of-Way. The design consultant shall lead project development that will provide lighting improvements along Apache Trail from Palo Verde Drive to SR88 and along Superstition Boulevard from Meridian Drive to SR88. Stage submittals will consist of Stage III, IV and Final PS&E. The scope of work shall also include: - Review of available record drawings and field survey to be performed as needed - Perform necessary utility investigations, right-of-way determinations and NEPA documentation to obtain utility, rightof-way and environmental clearances. The consultant shall provide a bid package which includes plans, specifications and estimates for construction. The design consultant shall also provide necessary project management tasks including coordination, meetings, project schedule updates and comment responses. Document retention, project schedule, and risk register updates within the Workfront platform will be required. The scope will include the preparation of construction plans, technical specifications, cost estimates and related construction documents for safety improvements at the intersection. Questions, in writing, shall be received by ECS at the below email address until 3 BUSINESS DAYS BEFORE SOI DUE DATE at 2:00 P.M. (Arizona Time). No further questions shall be accepted after the time specified. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
