Site work and renovation of a civil project in Sunrise, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The Work for this project consists of, but is not limited to providing all labor, equipment and materials for the construction of the Sawgrass Wastewater Treatment Plant Train A return activated sludge (RAS) and waste activated sludge (WAS) pump replacements. The project includes, but not limited to, the following: Removal and replacement of return activated sludge and waste activated sludge pumps, aboveground discharge/suction piping, valves, appurtenances, pipe supports, pump base, including electrical provisions and controls; removal and replacement of seal water systems including piping, valves, and fittings; removal and replacement of 120-volt sump pump, sump pit, piping, and pipe supports, as shown on the drawings and specifications, and as described and specified in the Technical Specifications and Contract Drawings, in strict accordance with the Contract Documents.
