Description

Renovation of a civil project in Chicopee, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

Effluent pump station generator replacement at the Chicopee water pollution control facility. The work consists of installation of a temporary fuel storage tank, demolition of the existing underground storage tank, installation of the new exterior generator and new above-ground belly fuel storage tank, and demolition of the existing generator. The new generator installation will include improvements allowing it to pick up existing loads and some additional loads. The work also consists of replacement of the automatic transfer switches associated with the new generator and the installation of a breaker for a load banking system.
