Site work will include earthwork, asphalt parking areas and driveways, utility extensions, storm water systems, flagpole, concrete retaining wall, sidewalks, signage, landscaping, and curbing. Building Work will include selective demolition, masonry cavity wall load-bearing construction on cast-in-place concrete foundation, concrete slab-on-grade, drilled piers and suspended concrete floor, steel floor and roof framing, masonry and metal panel enclosure walls, membrane roofing, aluminum-framed glazing, aluminum entrances, aluminum curtain wall, elevator, and associated HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems. Bids are requested for the following Contract: Alderson Elementary School Additions and Renovations.
