As of November 10, 2022. The project decided not to award the project and re-bid at a later date. Contract consists of replacing twenty-two (22) existing storm inlets with new cast-in-place concrete inlets including inlet frames and grates, asphalt pavement restoration, concrete curb restoration, and all other restoration work necessary, appurtenances, and all related work. Work under this contract shall include all materials, equipment, supplies, and labor for the construction as shown and specified in the contract documents. The project is located in New Florence Borough, Pennsylvania. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The successful bidder(s) will be required to fully complete all work within ninety (90) consecutive calendar days from, and including, the date indicated by the Owner in their written Notice to Proceed. Bidders must comply with all State anti-bid-rigging regulations pertaining to work associated with this project and will be required to submit an executed non-collusion affidavit with the bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, including without limitation, nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional Bids. The Owner also reserves the right to waive all minor informalities not involving price, time, or changes in the work and to award the contract as deemed in the best interest of the Owner.
