As of June 19, 2024, This project has been awarded to Quaker Sales Corporation, with the awarded amount of $390,375.45. Contract No. 2024-01 consists of the installation of approximately 18 linear feet of 8" storm pipe, 60 linear feet of 12" storm pipe, 30 linear feet of 15" storm pipe, 31 linear feet of 18" storm pipe, 12 precast concrete inlet boxes, site restoration, appurtenances, and all related work. Work under this contract shall include all materials, equipment, supplies, and labor for the construction as shown and specified in the Contract Documents. The project is located in New Florence Borough, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania. This project is funded in whole or part with federal funds. Davis-Bacon wage rates and other federal requirements apply and are included in the bid documents. Labor Compliance is mandatory. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Deadline to submit Questions May 13th 2024, 4:00 PM EDT The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, including without limitation, nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional Bids. The Owner also reserves the right to waive all minor informalities not involving price, time, or changes in the Work and to award the contract as may be deemed in the best interest of the Owner. The successful bidder(s) will be required to fully complete all work by July 15, 2024 from, and including, the date indicated by the Owner in their written Notice to Proceed.
