The Borough requires mowing, weed eating and general clean-up for seven separate areas from April 2022 through October 2022 as outlined below. UNIT AREA FREQUENCY A Library, Park, School Bldg., Every week APR through OCT Corner Lot B Playground, Baseball & Every week APR through AUG Soccer fields Every 2 weeks SEP & OCT Bids must show separate Unit prices per Area. The bid shall be awarded based on the total lump sum amount of all areas. The successful contractor shall be paid in accordance with the actual work performed per Unit. The successful bidder shall provide the following certificates of insurance prior to beginning any work. * General liability ($1,000,000.00 per occurrence. $2,000,000.00 aggregate) * Workers compensation ($100,000.00/$100,000.00/$100,000.00) * Auto liability ($1,000,000.00 combined single limit) For additional information or to arrange for a site visit please contact Mark Watt at (724) 787-8556 or leave a message at (724) 235-2000.
