Demolition and site work for a municipal facility in Saint Marys, Ohio. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
All demolition and final clean-up work shall be completed and ready for final inspection on or before December 31, 2022. Bidder shall furnish bond as required in Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. No Bidders shall be permitted to withdraw his bid for a period of thirty (30) days after the time of opening of bids. All bids are to be on a form furnished by the Auglaize County/City of St. Marys and submitted in a sealed envelope with the name of the Bidder and the project noted plainly on the outside. All pre-bid inspections must be completed no later than five (5) days prior to the bid opening. Auglaize County, Ohio, reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The project shall consist of the demolition and removal of the City of St. Mary's owned Nelson Demolition project located on St. Mary's River Road, along with the proper disposal of said debris and building contents. Reference is made to a site drawing of the Nelson Farm to be demolished. A copy of said drawing is attached and made a part of this proposal. All demolition debris and rubble shall be deposited at an approved Ohio EPA disposal site. The Contractor shall state on the bid form the location proposed to deposit the demolition debris. All concrete, once demolished, will be crushed into stone aggregate smaller than 1.5" and hauled off to the City Landfill located at 15500 St. Mary's River Road, St. Mary's, Ohio, approximately 0.5 miles north of town.
