The work of this Contract generally consists of the construction of water infrastructure improvements to the Richmond Park Water Treatment Plant (WTP) and the YMCA Camp Chemical Treatment Facility (CTF). At The Richmond Park WTP these improvements include, but are not limited to, roof replacement, HVAC upgrades, plumbing upgrades, removal, disposal, and replacement of miscellaneous process piping and valves, chemical feed system upgrades which includes removal and disposal and replacement of existing chemical bulk and day tanks, all associated piping, transfer pumps, and associated electrical and instrumentation. At the YMCA Camp CTF these improvements include, but are not limited to, roof replacement, plumbing upgrades, and chemical feed system upgrades which includes removal and disposal and replacement of existing chemical bulk and day tanks, all associated piping, transfer pumps, and associated electrical and instrumentation.
