This Tender Call is open to all Bidders capable of performing the Work and the Contract, and if a mandatory pre-Tender meeting is specified in these Invitation to Tender - Supplemental Conditions of Tender then this Tender Call is open to all Bidders capable of performing the Work and the Contract who have attended the mandatory pre-Tender meeting as indicated in the Ministry pre-Tender meeting attendance record. Location: Camoo Pit No. 0663 is located approximately 23.5 km west of Lillooet on the Lillooet - Pioner Road #40 at 50.830544,-122.107597 Produce or supply in stockpile 12,000m3 of Modified 19mm High Fines Surfacing Aggregate The Tender Document Package is revised as follows: 4.3(a) Scanned Signature on Tender Form - Conditions of Tender The Conditions of Tender are revised as follows: (i) CT10.3(a) is amended whereby the Bidder's signed Tender Form may be an original, or a photocopy or a printed electronic copy of the original (a "Copy"). Therefore, CT10.3(a) is deleted and the following substituted: "CT10.3(a) the original or a Copy of the Bidder's signed Tender Form completed in accordance with CT10.4'" (ii) For clarification, CT10.3 (b), (c) and (d) are not amended. (iii)CT10.4(c) is deleted and the following substituted therefor: "CT10.4(c) The Tender Form must be fully completed as required by these Conditions of Tender and bear the original signature, or a Copy of the original signature, of the Bidder or the Authorized Representative of the Bidder identified on the Tender Form on behalf of the Bidder." (iv) CT10.6(g) and CT10.10(d) are amended whereby the signature of the Bidder, or the signature of the Authorized Representative of the Bidder (as the case may be), may be an original or a Copy of the original. (v) CT14.1 is hereby amended wherein the Joint Venture Confirmation Agreement may be original or executed in counterparts. (vi) For clarification, CT14.3 is not amended. (vii) In accordance with the Conditions of Tender clause 13.4 (c) the Electronic Bid Bond submission email address is R2SIR.Contracts@gov.bc.ca The Bidder acknowledges and agrees that the submission of a Copy of an original signature pursuant to the terms of this SCT 4.3 shall be, for all purposes, deemed an original and shall be binding and of full effect onto the Bidder and shall be relied upon by the Province as if it were an original. A Pre-Tender meeting: Will not be held Where a Pre-Tender meeting is scheduled, each Bidder should confirm its intention to attend the Pre-Tender meeting in writing to the Contact Person not less than 48 hours in advance of the scheduled Pre-Tender meeting time. Subject to the express terms of the Special Provisions, all persons, including prospective Bidders, must obtain the consent of the Contact Person specified in SCT6.1 before carrying out any investigations on the Site.
