The City of Ocala requires the services of an experienced Contractor to provide furnish two (2) 25/33.3/41.6 MVA Power Transformers as herein specified: including delivery of power transformer(s) to the designated site(s), installation of the power transformer(s) on existing concrete foundation pads (8 X 14) and testing of transformers. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supplies, equipment, tools, and applicators necessary to provide these services. The City of Ocala reserves the right to approve manufacturers. Transformers must be manufactured in the United States of America. The Contractor must comply with North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) supply chain requirements:
The Supply Chain Standards focus on the following four security objectives: Software integrity and authenticity.
Vendor remote access protections.
Information system planning.
Vendor risk management and procurement controls. 1. Bidder must upload a completed Price Proposal with their response.
2. Bidder must bid on all line items, with the exception of optional items.
3. Bids will be received on a lump sum basis. Lump sum amount must include all direct and indirect costs to complete the project.
