For supplying and installing one commercial grade pocket frame and door for a remodel project at Sedro-Woolley City Hall Located at 325 Metcalf Street, Sedro-Woolley, WA Additionally, this contract will provide a unit priced rate for unforeseen door adjustments, repairs, and installations that may occur during the remaining 2022 and entire 2023 calendar year at city owned facilities. This contract may be extended for an additional calendar year if both the City and the awarded contractor agree to maintain the terms and pricing for the additional year. Supply and install one Pocket Slider Door Frame including door and sliding hardware,16-gauge galvanized steel frame with rust-inhibitive prime coat. *Please see attached specification sheet. DOOR SPECIFICATIONS: Door jambs are framed with 2"x 4" wooden studs with 5/8" drywall on both sides. 3070 Door, Rough openings are 74 1/2 " wide x 88 1/8" tall Sliding hardware to be included in bid price Interior Grade Doors Door Panel to be Prefinished Maple Pre Primed Steel Drywall Frames Hardware finishes to be brushed nickel Schedule 2: Door Repairs & Maintenance. The Unit Priced Service bid items will provide qualified manpower and equipment on an hourly basis to perform repairs and maintenance, adjustments, and installations of doors. Materials provided for individual projects will be per the current edition of the International Building Code and/or National Electrical Code. Work will be performed per the current edition of the International Building Code, National Electrical Code and City standards. Estimated contract range is between $3,000.00 and $5,000.00 annually, but not guaranteed. The City of Sedro-Woolley reserves the right, without any liability on our part, to accept a proposal of the bidder submitting the lowest responsible bid, to reject any or all bids, revise or cancel the work to be performed, or do the work otherwise, if the best interest of the City is served thereby.
