This project includes the cleaning and inspection of up to approximately one-half of the City's sanitary sewer system. The Contractor will clean, inspect, and provide inspection report for the quantities listed on proposal of the City's sanitary sewer system, each year, for five years. The cleaning will include removal of grit, loose solids, grease, root removal and protruding tap removal. Inspection will be performed by closed circuit video inspection using current state-of-art technology. All deliverables shall be in a WinCan compatible format or an approved equal. Est. Value Notes: 2023: $201,186.50; 2024: $251,726.25; 2025: $181,139.75; 2026: $264,974.50; 2027: $144,761.00; Total Program: $1,043,788.00 Site Directions: Generally located within municipal streets and alleys throughout the City of Pella, Iowa, as well as backyards and remote easement areas.
