Install .060 adhered EPDM roof system and associated flashing per specifications. Properly terminate flashing at bottom of stone coping. Replacing missing gutter. Hidden gutter and scupper to be relined. Strip stone coping joints with uncured EPDM. Furnish a $1,000,000.00 property liability Insurance Certificate. Furnish a 20 Year NDL Manufacturer's Warranty and Vendor must provide 5-year warranty on workmanship. All parapet walls to receive new coping in customers choice of color. All workers covered by Kentucky Workers Compensation Insurance. The City of Ashland is Requesting Bids for the Water Plant Roof Replacement; Filter Area and Water Plant Garage Roof, Provide Materials, Labor, and Equipment to Repair / Replace Any Damaged Areas of the Roof and All Clean Up.
