Site work and paving for a civil project in Rossville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

Project consists of point repairs of damaged areas, milling of existing asphalt surfaces, and asphalt overlay along all portions of Saunders Creek Circle, Shady Lane, Oak Run Lane, and on portions of Saunders Creek Drive, adjustment to existing drainage and sewer manhole covers, adjustment of existing water valve boxes, and miscellaneous construction items in the Rossville Saunders Creek Subdivision. In addition, work will include point repairs of damaged areas along portions of Huntington Drive, Mallard Lane, Hunters Lane, and Fawn Valley Drive. All bidders must be licensed contractors as required by Title 62, Chapter 6, of the Tennessee Code Annotated. Bidders name, license number, and expiration date must appear on the envelope containing the bid. Certification by each bidder must be made with respect to non-discrimination in employment. Failure to execute and submit such certificate with the bid shall cause the bid to be rejected as non-conforming. The Town of Rossville reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in bidding. Any alternative or qualifications other than those set out, or specifically requested will be considered informalities. No bidders may withdraw an opened bid within the defined period following actual bid opening without Owners consent. Bids accepted and read will remain effective for a period of 60 days after the date for the opening of such bid. Award of contracts will be made on the basis of the lowest and best bids as determined by the Town of Rossville.
