The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to enter into a contract with a qualified and experienced vendor for providing as-needed engineering services for designing septic systems for a period of three years. The deadline for submitting final questions is no later than 3:00 P.M. on October 6, 2022. If an addendum is required, it will be issued after this date. o In the subject line of the email, reference "Packet #141-22 - As-Needed Engineering Services for Designing Septic Systems". Any explanation desired by a Proposer regarding the meaning or interpretation of this RFP and attachments must be requested to the Ingham County Purchasing Department, at questions@ingham.org. Anticipated contract commencement date is January 1, 2023. The County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any informalities or irregularities in proposals, and/or to negotiate separately the terms and conditions of all or any part of the proposals as determined to be in the County's best interests at its sole discretion even though not the lowest cost. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
