Ingham County (herein referred to as "County") solicits proposals from Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) prequalified and experienced engineering firms for the purpose of entering into a contract to provide professional engineering services for the 2023 and 2024 Bridge Inspection Program, with a possible 2 year contract extension for 2025-2026. The deadline for submitting final questions is no later than 3:00 P.M. on December 5, 2022. If an addendum is required, it will be issued after this date. In the subject line of the email, reference "Packet #240-22 -2023-2024 Bridge Inspection Program". Any explanation desired by a Proposer regarding the meaning or interpretation of this RFP and attachments must be requested to the Ingham County Purchasing Department, at questions@ingham.org The County reserves the right to accept or reject the request for a price increase. If the price increase is approved, the price will remain firm for one (1) year from the date of the increase or whatever term was previously authorized by the Board. The County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any informalities or irregularities in proposals, and/or to negotiate separately the terms and conditions of all or any part of the proposals as determined to be in the County's best interests at its sole discretion even though not the lowest cost. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
