Renovation of a municipal facility in Mason, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Inquiries/ Question(s) Deadline January 27, 2023 No later than 3 PM Ingham County (County) seeks proposals from qualified and experienced contractors for replacing the fire panel at the Hilliard Building in Mason, Michigan. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: 1. Replacing the existing outdated National Time 7000 fire panel located in the lower level north entrance of the Hilliard Building with a comparable fire panel and accessories; 2. Replacing and/or upgrading all initiating and signaling devices throughout the building; 3. Providing any and all design, engineering, plan review, labor (prevailing wages), materials, bonds, insurance, and permits required to meet all applicable codes (2015 Michigan Building Code and National Fire Protection Association 72), and to be a complete and functioning system; 4. Updating as-built drawings; and, 5.
