Guaranteed Energy Savings Project Buchanan Community Schools 2022 It is the purpose and intent of the Quoting Documents that a fully complete job be accomplished. It shall be each Bidder's responsibility to include all costs necessary to provide labor, materials, equipment, and services for that portion of the work bid upon, including but not limited to supervision, shop drawings, samples, tools, scaffolding, lifts, hoists, cranes, taxes, incidentals, whether or not specifically called for in the Quoting Documents. Each Subcontractor shall thoroughly examine the existing buildings and sites prior to submitting a quote and include all items necessary to complete their work taking into consideration the existing conditions. All quotes shall be submitted on the attached Quote Form. Award Contracts November 2022 Schedule April 2023 thru October 2023 The project schedule provides a narrow window of opportunity to complete a significant amount work. It is the responsibility of the Subcontractor to identify durations as may be required for their scopes of work and insure a timely completion of that scope of work within the scheduled completion date.
