Notice is hereby given that Maricopa County (County) is conducting this invitation for SEALED BIDS for the work described herein: Services to include all aspects of construction management of renovations to the Maricopa County Department of Public Health Administration Building Goodyear North (West Valley Services Building "B", Building Number 2608) facility. Renovations are anticipated to occur over 11,700 SF within a partially occupied building and in-use parking lot. This Goodyear North building will remain occupied during construction. Work in nearby and/ or adjacent facilities may be required to enable the main project. Renovations in the South building and parking lot shall be coordinated with work in the North building, which is by others via a separate project. Project logistics, temporary facilities, and storage yards will need to be well coordinated. Project to be completed 300 calendar days from issuance of Notice To Proceed.
