This Invitation to Bid is issued for the purpose of providing (Owner Direct Purchase of Materials) and installing Generators and Manual Transfer Switches at selected well sites (SW-8, SW-32, SW-33 and SW-127). Bid submission will be for installation only. Intent to Bid Due Date: Oct 19th 2022, 2:00 PM EDT Questions Due Date: Oct 13th 2022, 2:00 PM EDT MANDATORY SITE VISIT: Completed by October 12, 2022 AT 3:00 PM 1. Generator is to be diesel powered; water cooled 2. Generators must be - Cummins, Generac, Ring Power or Tradewinds. Selected Generator must be sized for the well site load, no type of additional apparatus will be allowed to prevent carbon build up or wet stacking. 3. Onsite tank must be double wall contained meeting UL 142 requirements and have enough fuel to operate the well site for minimum 72 hours under load, however no tank larger than 350 gallons will be allowed. Tank fill must be lockable and have fuel level gauge. 4. Sound attenuating cabinet must be provided that allows no more than 75 dba @ 27' for well sites - SW-8 and SW-32. 5. Weatherproof cabinet must be provided. Must be part of the generator package, must have access doors to the unit for service, repair and operating. Must be coated for weather protection, must be Aluminum with stainless steel hardware. Cabinet doors must be provided with locking mechanism. If at all possible, all 4 generator cabinets locks should be "keyed alike". 6. SW-8, SW-32, SW-33 and SW-127 are the well sites being looked at. 7. Well sites will be marked for the estimated location for the generator.
