It will include improvements to the pedestrian crossings as needed. Fenwick Dr. and Fort Ave.: This signal build is to replace the existing sub-standard mast arm signal system with the current standard mast arm system. It will include additional heads to accommodate traffic exiting 6201 Fort Ave. parking lot. Rivermont Ave. and Boston Ave.: This signal build is to replace the existing sub-standard span-wire signal with a mast arm signal system. It will include improvements to the pedestrian crossing as needed. All requests for clarification of or questions regarding this Advertisement for Bids or for additional information must be made in writing to Will Ruberry at william.ruberry@lynchburgva.gov and received by 2:00 PM, October 26, 2022. All addenda should be signed and accompany any bid submitted.
