As of September 18, 2024, there were no proposals received, therefore this RFP has been cancelled. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The Town of Upton ("Town"), through its Select Board, seeks proposals from qualified individuals and firms to develop and manage a mixed-use development project of commercial, retail and residential uses within a five-parcel area encompassing approximately 1.5 acres in Upton Center. This Request for Proposals ("RFP") is being issued pursuant to the provisions of the Uniform Procurement Act, M.G.L. c. 30B, Questions regarding this RFP must be submitted in writing (Email or hard copy) to Joseph Laydon, Town Manager, Upton Town Hall, Office of the Town Manager, Upton, MA 01568 or by email to jlaydon@uptonma.gov by Friday, October 28, 2022. The right is reserved to reject any and all bids and to award the bid deemed to be in the best interest of the Owner pursuant to M.G.L. c. 30B. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
