Prospective responders are also required to comply with other provisions of Law including, but not limited to, the requirements of: N.J.S.A. 52:25-24.2 (P.L. 1977, c.33, (Disclosure of Ownership) N.J.S.A. 52:32-44 (P.L. 2004, c.57, (Business Registration)N.J.S.A. 34.11-56.25, et seq. (P.L. 1963, c.150, Prevailing Wages)N.J.S.A. 34.11-56.48 (Public Works Contractor Registration)N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
