Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Davie, Florida. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and for outdoor lighting for a road / highway.

This project will complete the expansion of the last segment of the College Avenue Corridor between SW 30th Street and SW 39th Street. Similar to the first two phases, it proposes to include road improvements to College Avenue which includes an upgrade to a four-lane divided urban collector within an 80 road right of way cross-section. There will be designated bike lanes, sidewalk connectivity, landscaped medians, road widening, reconstruction and repaving, drainage, pavement marking and signage, and mast arm signalization upgrade at College Avenue and SW 39th Street, and street lighting improvements to meet Florida Green Book and Illuminating Engineering Society lighting standards. As of July 10, 2024, this project is in the conceptual phase. An engineer has not been selected. Design is anticipated to start in 2027. This project is included in the Town of Davie FY 2023-2032 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
