Site work and paving for a road / highway in Waupaca, Wisconsin. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Town of Farmington requests engineering proposals for the design of King Road: between Julie Lane and County Road "QQ". The project is in Sections 35-36, T22N, R11E, Town of Farmington, Waupaca County, Wisconsin. The proposal is for professional engineering and surveying services required to prepare construction plans and to assist the Town with bidding documents to contractors. The engineering firm will be responsible for utility coordination, all applicable DNR permitting and coordination with the Town of Farmington and Waupaca County as it pertains to CTH "QQ". Town of Farmington's, King Road project funding is tied to WisDOT's Local Road Improvement Program, TRI-S, partnered by Town of Farmington local funding. Design costs are anticipated to take place in 2022-2023, construction to take place in 2024. No right-of-way acquisition is anticipated for this project. Town of Farmington reserves the rights to modify, add, or delete items during final negotiations with the selected engineering consulting firm. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
