The Project includes the following Work: Replacement of approximately 5,800 LF of existing storm sewer with 12", 10" and 8" storm sewer, culverts, storm sewer connections, inlets, seeding and appurtenances for a complete system. Washington Ave., Effingham, IL 62401 Prospective Bidders may obtain or examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Some of the project funding would be from the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program.
