Request for Statements of Qualifications for Professional Engineering Services. In accordance with RCW 39.80.040, Valley View Sewer District is requesting, Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) for consulting engineering services for 2022 and 2023. Valley View Sewer District has been generally satisfied with the engineering services performed by the present engineering firm and will consider renewing their contract. Engineering services shall include planning, design and construction management of such portions of the sewage system as called for by the comprehensive plan or by additions and betterments thereto. Questions concerning the SOQ's should be directed to the General Manager at (206) 242-3236. The District reserves the right to reject any and all submittals and to waive any irregularities or informalities in the selection process. This request for Statements of Qualifications does not obligate the District to pay costs incurred by respondents in the preparation and submission of a SOQ. Furthermore, the request for SOQ's does not obligate District to accept or contract for any expressed or implied services. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
