(Permits obtained through Cities MyGov Portal) Inspections: All inspections to be conducted by the City of Bastrop Building Official. Exterior: Enclose alcove: The alcove on the exterior of the building, adjacent to the garage door will be enclosed into the office area. The concrete will be leveled to match the existing interior floor, existing siding panels removed, new metal framing for exterior wall built, and siding panels installed. Interior frame-out will be the responsibility of COB-Public Works Division, with anticipated framing to be as a hallway connecting the breakroom to the front office. Existing exterior door is bid with hardware to be replaced, rendering door non-latching, with a self-close mechanism Replace windows: (5)-3050 exterior windows will be removed and replaced with residential vinyl double pane low-E windows. Siding and flashing will be correctly re-installed. Replace doors: (2) exterior doors will be replaced with solid core fiberglass exterior doors. Glass options of 1/3, 1/2, and full glass, selection to be made by COB-Public Works Division. Remove door: (1) exterior door will be removed and relevant siding and flashing re-installed. Add window: (1) new 3050 window penetration will be made, and new window installed, matching new windows described above
