The City of Bastrop hereby gives public notice that it is requesting Competitive Sealed Proposals from firms desiring to provide: Building-Sewer Line Replacement-Tunneling for the City of Bastrop Police Dept Building Respondents may obtain copies of the Request for Proposal available in electronically. Any technical questions should be directed to David Juarez, Superintendent, Public Works Streets and Drainage, djuarez@cityofbastrop.org Supply tools and material to tunnel up to 210' for sewer line under the foundation to expose belly in sewer line found during camera inspection, drainpipe, repair broken section and further inspect lines. INCLUSIONS: Regular Working Hours II Co-Op Fees included, Tunnel approx. 210'x3'x3' under foundation to expose PVC piping. Replace with new PVC pipe, hangers & fittings as needed to create new proper fall in line; Reconnect. Permits and inspection by city inspector (includes plumbing inspection and structural engineer's reporting.) Perform backfill as per structural engineer's instructions. Includes all supervision and tunnel safety tech. Silt Fencing and barricade to protect spoils - stored on site. All hauls off, gas charges, and backfill - we will remove 6x6 section of sidewalk, Temporary fencing/ silt fencing, fans, and all Osha required safety equipment
