Renovation of an educational facility in North Scranton, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 27,805-square-foot, two-story above grade educational facility.
Bids are invited for the following project: Holy Rosary School Renovations Phase 2 for the Early Learning Program facility located at 312 William Street, Scranton, PA, as designed by BDA Architects and Greenman Pedersen, Inc., as shown on construction drawings and in accordance with the contract specifications. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond, or certified or cashier's check, in favor of the Agency for Community EmPOWERment of NEPA in an amount not less than ten percent (10%). Bidders must submit with their bids all forms listed in the Attachments to Plans and Specifications. Prevailing wages established under the Davis-Bacon Act will apply to this contract. The Agency for Community EmPOWERment of NEPA reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 30 days.
