Structure 01, Shop and Hall: 11,592 s.f. new construction to serve the Town of Hamilton as garage for DPW vehicles and as town hall. The building is to be part precast panel and part wood framing with cultured stone and metal panel. Also included in this project are site improvements which include concrete and asphalt pavement, curb and gutter, new gate for the yard, storm sewer, and earthwork. A single lump sum bid will be required for all of the work. The Town of Hamilton reserves the right to retain the deposits of the three (3) lowest bidders for a period not to exceed 30 days after the date and time set for the opening of bids. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 30 days after the date and time set for the opening of bids. Bidders will be requested to submit Bidders Proof of Responsibility Statements which can be found attached to the project manual. Bidders will be required to provide performance and payment bonds of 100 percent of bid amount..
