Columbia Basin Trust invites qualified firms to submit a proposal to provide building envelope construction work required for the red grain elevator, located in Creston, BC. The Project scope includes, but is not limited to, the repair of the Elevator building envelope, including siding, doors and windows, and the completion of a gravel fire break adjacent to the Elevator. The Elevator is located at 215 Northwest Boulevard, Creston, BC. Design development and permitting is complete with construction anticipated to begin in winter 2022.
