Landscape Maintenance Services Parks and Public Facilities. The City of Norco is soliciting Request for Proposals from qualified firms/contractors with experience and qualifications to provide all labor, equipment, and materials for various general landscape maintenance services in the City's Parks and Public Facilities. This includes baseball fields, horse arenas, animal holding pens, horse trails, parks, soccer fields, a senior garden, landscape medians, restroom maintenance, playground maintenance, and parkways. All services described are subject to prevailing wage rates and laws. A detailed task breakdown of each location can be found in Section 9 of the RFP. The successful bidder shall be licensed according with the provisions of the Business and Professional Code and shall possess a Class C27 license at the time this contract is awarded. The successful Contractor and his/her subcontractors will be required to possess business licenses from the City of Norco. The successful Contractor and his/her subcontractors will be required to possess a business license from the City of Norco.
