Each bidder will seal bid(s), containing the full name of each person or company interested, in an envelope clearly marked Disposal of Sewage Sludge from the Fremont Water Reclamation Center. The bids will be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of $50.00. Bid check must be certified or cashiers' check, in the amount often percent (10%) ofthe amount bid, made payable to the City of Fremont Bid Bond must be in the sum of not less than one hundred percent (100%) of the amount of the bid and must be that of an approved surety company authorized to transact business in the State ofOhio and with local agent. Bond must meet satisfaction ofthe City of Fremont Law Director, Ifthe bid is rejected, the check or bid bond will be returned with notice. On bids accepted, the check or bid bond will be returned upon completion of signed contracts. A performance bond will be required to complete the contract. Any technical questions concerning this project should be directed to JeffLamson, Superintendent of the Water Pollution Control Center at 419-334-3876. Any bid questions should be directed to the Safety Service Office at 419-334-2687. The right is reserved, by the Safety Service Director ofthe City ofFremont, Ohio, to reject any or all bids, and to waive technical defects, irregularities and informalities as the interest ofthe City may require.
