Sealed Envelopes Shall Clearly Read "Low Slope Roof Replacement on the Former Hazleton Post Office / Lackawanna Hazleton, Llc / City of Hazleton, 145 East Broad St., Hazleton, Pa". Bids Received After the Stated Time Will Not Be Accepted. No Emailed or Faxed Bids Will Be Received.Each Bid Must Be Submitted on the Bid Form Provided. Bidders Shall Not Alter This Form in Anyway.Each Bid Must Be Accompanied by a Bid Security That Shall Not Be Less Than Ten Percent (10%) of the Amount of the Total Base Bid, a Non-collusion Affidavit of Prime Bidders and Statement of Bidders Qualification. The Successful Bidder Will Be Required to Provide a 100% Performance Bond and 100% Labor and Material Payment Bond.All Drawings, Specifications and Photos Will Be Presented to Familiarize Each Bidder With the Project.
