The Oregon Department of Transportation ("ODOT" or "Agency") is seeking 1 qualified Contractor to provide Janitorial services for the bathrooms at the Farewell Bend Port of Entry (POE). For additional detail regarding the needed Services see the Specifications attached in section 3 of this ITB. Per ORS 279B.055(2)(c), the selected Contractor shall meet the highest standards prevalent in the industry most closely involved in providing the Services required under the prospective Agreement. Deadline for questions or requests for clarification - 5 calendar days prior to the Bid Opening Date via online. The term of the Agreement begins on the date the Agreement receives all required signatures and is anticipated to be 4 years or when all Contractor obligations under the Agreement are completed in conformance with all applicable requirements, whichever is sooner.
