Renovation of an educational facility in Morgantown, West Virginia. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Project Canceled. Rebid anticipated before April 2023. Question Deadline 11/17/2022 at 12:00 PM ET West Virginia University on behalf of its Board of Governors (BOG) located in Morgantown, West Virginia is initiating this Request for Bids from qualified, experienced, and licensed Contractors for installing a new steam and condensate line above grade and around electrical equipment at the WVU Greenhouse. There is a current steam and condensate line below grade that will be abandoned in place and replaced with the new above grade lines. Phase I of the project will be to install as much of the line as possible prior to having a steam outage, and Phase II will encompass the steam outage, necessary connections, reclamation, and all remaining aspects to make functional. The Contractor shall achieve Substantial and Final Completion of the entire Work as calculated or indicated below. The date of issuance of the West Virginia University's Notice to Proceed and/or Contact shall be used to calculate Substantial and Final Completion if contract time stated below is in number of calendar days. Substantial Completion shall be May 30, 2022 Final Completion shall be June 14, 2022
