Corona del Mar Phase II - Lateral Connections. The project consists of furnishing all materials, labor, permits and their associated costs for both the installation of the sewer laterals and the abandonment and decommissioning of the existing septic tanks, temporary easements, and equipment necessary to furnish 130 connections for private properties to an existing sewage gravity main; abandonment and decommissioning of each existing septic tank associated with each private property; replacement of any sod, sidewalk, pavement damaged during construction; site restoration; and other appurtenant and miscellaneous items for a complete, satisfactory and functional installation. It is the intent of the City to obtain a complete and working installation under this Project and any items of labor, equipment or materials which may reasonably be assumed as necessary to accomplish this end shall be supplied whether or not they are specifically shown on the Plans or stated herein. The Bidder is hereby notified that this project is being partially funded through AMERICAN RESCUE PLAN ACT (ARPA) and is subject to all the requirements pertaining to.
