The City of North Miami Beach, Florida ("City") is seeking bids to provide Citywide Janitorial Maintenance services at various facilities throughout the City. It will be the sole responsibility of the bidder to ensure that his bid is submitted prior to the bid opening date and time listed. PAPER BID SUBMITTALS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. BIDS MUST BE SUBMITTED ELECTRONICALLY VIA BIDSYNC.COM. Q & A deadline: Nov 21, 2022 2:00:00 PM CST PERFORMANCE BOND Within ten (10) days of the award of contract, the Awarded Bidder shall provide the following surety bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price, and issued by a properly licensed surety company, listed in the current issue of the Federal Register published by the Department of the Treasury, acceptable to the City of North Miami Beach. The bond should provide that the surety's liability will be co-extensive with the Awarded Bidder's liability and should contain a provision that the surety waives notice of changes to the contract, including, but not limited to, changes in the times for performance. The Awarded Bidder shall ensure that the surety bond maintain one hundred percent of the contract price including any contract amendment and/or approved change order. *A Performance Bond covering the faithful performance of the contract.* Contract duration: 3 years Contract renewal: 2 annual renewals
