Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Westcliffe, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The West Custer County Hospital District is seeking Proposals to pave and stabilize approximately 9,000 sqft of driveway & parking lot at our EMS building, 701 Edwards Ave. Composite configurations of concrete for the ambulance corridor and compressed stone for the parking area, or all concrete will be considered. Integration to Edwards Ave with regulation gutter & curbing required. Proposals to include responsibility for all regulatory compliance and City permitting.
