Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Middlesex, Vermont. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
Contractors are invited to bid on the Central Services Envelope for Buildings and General Services at 1078 US Route 2 in Middlesex, Vermont. The Central Services Envelope Repairs project includes window replacement, refinishing siding, door replacement, and select siding replacement with water management improvement at the Central Services Building in Middlesex, Vermont (1078 US Route 2). The work shall include, but not be limited to: a. Fiberglass Window replacement in varied steel siding and CMU siding. b. Prepare and refinish steel and wood siding. c. Swing door replacement. d. Selective replacement of steel siding and improvements to walls and roof flashing at the shed roofs. e. Coordination of work within an occupied building. f. Temporarily move and protect furniture. This includes: 4 modular worksurfaces in reading room offices and 1 modular powered workstation and file cabinets to be shifted from print/postal room and assistance with moving other furniture, fit up, and equipment may be needed. Return furniture to original location and condition after construction.
