A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The Project consists of the selective demolition, construction, and alterations of existing site and building elements, including new concrete curb, asphalt drive through lane, signage and striping, as well as, new drive through window, awning above window, and finish repairs Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond of a sum no less than 5 percent of the Bid Amount All Bidders must comply with the applicable provisions of the Contractors Licensing Act of 1994, found in "Tennessee Code Annotated," Section 62-6-119, as amended. In accordance with this act, the following information must appear on the outside of the envelope containing the bid for all projects in excess of $25,000: Name of Bidder Address and Phone Number of Bidder Name of Project for which Bid is Submitted Bidder's License Number Expiration Date of License The Portion of Classification of Bidders License that Applies to this Project The name, license number, expiration date, and the classification for the Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC contractors must also be included on the outside of the envelope unless the value of that portion of the work is less than $25,000. Public Chapter 768 requires that the name, license number, expiration date and classification of the Masonry contractor be included when the cost of the masonry portion (including materials and labor) is $100,000 or greater. Your offer will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 60 days after submission.
