The appropriate Nevada contractor's license is required to bid this contract. The Nevada Labor Commissioner s identifying (PWP) number for this project is PWP-EL-2023-084. NRS 338.013 requires that identifying number to be included in all Bids. The Board of Trustees of the District specifically reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to accept the Bid which in its judgment is the best Bid for the District, to reject any or all Bids, to re-bid, or to waive technical or minor defects or irregularities in bidding. All questions about the meaning or intent of the plans, specifications or Contract Documents must be directed to the Project Design Professional, but no interpretation or answer to a significant question will be made orally. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by the Project Design Professional in response to such questions will be issued by written Addenda emailed or otherwise delivered to all parties recorded by the Project Design Professional as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than seven (7) calendar days prior to the date for opening Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by formal written Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect. Attendance at the Site Visit and PreBid Conference is mandatory. All Bidders must certify in their Bid Form that they attended the mandatory Site Visit and Pre-Bid Conference. A Bid submitted by a Bidder who fails to attend and certify attendance must be deemed nonresponsive and the Bidder's Bid not considered.
