The Board of Education of the Grosse Pointe Public School System ("Owner" or "School District") will receive sealed Bid Proposals for: Project - Summer 2023 Work Program - South High School IA Consolidation This Project includes renovations to the. The renovation scope will include demolition, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, general trades, glass, millwork, flooring, painting, and steel. The work will occur from June thru August 2023. Each Bid Proposal must also be accompanied by a sworn and notarized statement certifying that the Contractor is not an Iran Linked Business. The Board of Education will not accept a Bid Proposal that does not include this sworn and notarized statement. Each Bid Proposal must also be accompanied by certified check, cashier's check, money order or bid bond made payable to the School District in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid amount(s).
