The Hamilton Housing Authority, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Contractors for the Housing Type: Elderly 667-1 Development for the Hamilton Housing Authority in Hamilton Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by Nilsson + Siden Associates, Inc. The Project consists of: Base Bid - At Building 24 Unit E, Building 34 Unit C and Building 34 Unit D - Renovate existing tenant bathrooms. Alternate No.1 - At Building 24 Unit A renovate existing tenant bathroom. Alternate No.2 - At Building 34 Unit G renovate existing tenant bathroom. Alternate No.3 - At Building 34 Unit H renovate existing tenant bathroom. Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.149 to 27H inclusive.general bids and sub-bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount (considering all alternates), and made payable to the City or Town Housing Authority.
