The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials, labor, tools, skills, equipment, and incidentals for the construction of the aforementioned project. One contract will be awarded covering all the work, and the time for completion shall be 90 calendar days for the base bid items. Due consideration will be made with respect to time charged to the project based on weather issues.
